New Testament Survey (BS101) - ls

A study covering the time from the close of the Old Testament through the Revelation. This course is designed to give the student a working knowledge of the background of the New Testament, surveying content as well as the historical setting of each book of the New Testament.

A Study of the Book of Acts (BS104) - cw

An exciting study of the powerful work of the Holy Spirit through believers to establish the kingdom of God revealing the origin and development of the New Testament church.

Major Prophets I: Isaiah & Jeremiah (BS303) - ls

A study of the historical and prophetic writings of Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Lamentations.  This study will examine the writer, the theme, and purpose of the writings, as well as their methods of ministry.

MASTERS COURSES

A Study of Isaiah & Jeremiah (BS513) - ls

This course will examine the writer, the date and time of the writing, and the theme and purpose of the books of Isaiah & Jeremiah.

This course will examine the writer, the date and time of the writing, and the theme and purpose of the books of Isaiah & Jeremiah.  

The Spirit of the Age (TH447) - cw **New Course**

The gospel of Christ conflicts with the spirit of the age (2 Cor. 4:1-4; Eph. 2:1-2) and finds itself under intense scrutiny in a contemporary culture that tends to dismiss the possibility of any absolute knowledge of the truth. Attempts to accommodate the culture and assimilate the gospel with postmodern worldviews undermine the gospel and make it ineffective (Gal. 5:4). This course will address worldviews in conflict and help strengthen the student’s ability and resolve to boldly proclaim the truth.

The Study of God: This course will examine the nature and existence of God, with particular emphasis on the attributes of God.

Attributes of God (TH538) - cw

A study of the distinctive qualities of the attributes of God, which help reveal what God is like. This course will help students develop a deep knowledge of God, which should lead to strong faith and a fulfilling relationship with Him.

The Pastoral Epistles: 1-2 Timothy, Titus (BS201) - cw

This study of the Pastoral Epistles will provide an understanding of New Testament leadership and church government. Particular attention will be given to the 5-fold ministry, and their relationship and calling to the body of Christ.

Counseling In Times of Crisis (CC207) - kb

The dynamics and Scriptural view of crisis is presented by the authors -- one a pastor, the other a professional counselor.  The student will learn how to better understand the issues in a crisis situation as well as the principles that can help one face a crisis.

ASSOCIATE-BACHELOR COURSES

Evangelism (PM103) - tn

Various facets of evangelism are considered and taught, including:  personal evangelism, church evangelism, home and foreign missions, etc.  An exciting and stirring look at the ministry and call of evangelism.

Bible Prophecy: Book of Revelation (TH402) - cw

Using an expositional exploration of the book of Revelation as the foundation, this course will focus on key eschatological events such as the message to the seven churches of Asia Minor, the rapture of the saints, the judgments of the seals, trumpets, and vials, the second coming of Christ, the millennial kingdom, the New Jerusalem, the new heavens and earth, and much more.  

MASTERS COURSES

Eschatology (TH504) - cw

A study of Bible prophecy; this course will examine the things to come regarding the present age, various theories about the tribulation, the return of Christ, the millennial kingdom, the judgments, the new heavens and earth, etc.
